Since 2022, Chiligrin is certified with the norm FSSC 22000, which is internationally recognized for guaranteeing a solid food safety management system to control possible hazards, minimize risks and guarantee the production of safe food.

Safety Policy

Chiligrin S.A de C.V produces ground chili and its sweet and savory mixtures in different presentations for the national and United States markets, complying with the applicable legal requirements and maintaining a Management System certified in FSSC 22000 in order to ensure compliance with customer and organizational requirements; determining appropriate communication and feedback channels between internal and external interested parties to prevent and address situations that impact the quality and safety of the product, complying with the requested time.
